In order to build a fully automated drip campaign, we will need to [create a chatbot](https://crisp.chat/en/chatbot/) that will have to use events so that you can start to send emails based on user behavior.  
  
  
  
Let's see in action how we can combine the Bot plugin and the Campaign builder feature to easily trigger Campaigns from any scenario.  
  
  
  
  
*   Look for "Push Event" in Action Blocks > Update User
