### Here's how to proceed:

* Go to your website settings: click on the "Settings" icon on the left sidebar, then click on "Websites" and select the target website in the list

* Select Chatbox & Email settings

*   Go to chatbox restrictions

* Click on "Hide chatbox from IPs"

*   Fill your IP

* Your chatbox will now be hidden for this IP

We accept both IPv4 and IPv6 and CIDR notation

### Few examples

* ` 44.192.61.10` will hide the chatbox only for this IPv4

* ` 2607:f0d0:1002:51::4` will hide the chatbox only for this IPv6

* ` 44.192.61.10/24` will hide the chatbox only for all IPs from 44.192.61.1 to 44.192.61.1254
