*   Connect to Crisp
  
*   Click on "Plugins"
  
*   Search for "Dynamics 365"
  
*   Install the plugin
  
  

## How to link Crisp and Microsoft Dynamics 365?

  
  
*   Browse to: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments
  
*   Select the environnement you wish to push Crisp contacts in.
