How can I delete an agent from my website?

Agents can be easily deleted from your website. This will automatically remove all their access to your website, as well as the ability to reply to your users.

Before you start, make sure your role is website owner. Members are not able to delete agents.

To delete an agent, you may follow those steps:

Go to: https://app.crisp.chat

Go to your settings: click on the settings icon

Click on "Websites"

Pick your website

Go to "Operators in the team"

Click on the red remove button for the agent you need removed

Confirm you want to remove the agent

This will not remove the agent Crisp account. This will only remove the agent from your website.
