Here's how to proceed:

• Retrieve an helpdesk article Link.
• Append /reader/compact/ (compact mode, ie. without article title) or /reader/full/ (full mode, ie. with article title) after the URL

• Then, embed your helpdesk article in an Iframe on your website.
