Discount codes are available on some conditions. Here is the process to apply a discount code.

Discount codes are only available for the Unlimited plan. You'll never be able to apply a discount to a Pro plan.

Here is what you should to apply a discount code:

• Connect to app.crisp.chat

• Go to your settings

• Click on "Plans"

• Choose the inbox for which you want to apply the discount

• Click on "Coupon" for the desired inbox

• Apply your discount code.
