Using Crisp, it's possible to embed an article in your own website using an Iframe.
Here's how to proceed:
- Retrieve an helpdesk article Link.
- Append
/reader/compact/(compact mode, ie. without article title) or/reader/full/(full mode, ie. with article title) after the URL
- So it becomes for instance https://help.crisp.chat/en/article/how-to-add-the-crisp-chatbox-code-to-my-website-10wcj3l/reader/full/
- Then, embed your helpdesk article in an Iframe on your website.
