Adding a credit card is mandatory if you're willing to subscribe to one of our paid plan at Crisp. This article will show you how to add a credit card to your account so you don't get lost on the way.

Here's how to proceed:

Go to your settings and click on "Card & Invoices"

Click on "add new payment method"

Click on "Add a credit card"

Fulfill the required information

And Voilà! you've added a credit card to your Crisp inbox. 🎉

Don't forget to link your payment method to your inbox to subscribe the right account to the right credit card for example.
