Telegram integration is available from the Crisp Pro plan
- Go to app.crisp.chat
- Go to plugins
- Click on Telegram
Contact Botfather and then launch the command:
/newbot
- Provide the Name of your bot
- Fill the Username. The name must end with Bot, this is requested by Telegram. For instance, you can use AcmeCorpBot
- Telegram will then create a token. Save this token somewhere.
- Paste the token generated by Telegram
- Click "Connect to Telegram"
