How to pay a plan yearly?How to enable the "pay yearly" mode on a card:Important notice

If you don't want to stick to the default monthly billing, you can enable the "pay yearly" mode on your card. You'll be debited a few days later for the whole year, and the next debit will occur exactly 12 months after.

The "pay yearly" mode applies only to plans paid with the card it is active on (if you have multiple websites linked to different cards).

Go to: https://app.crisp.chat

Go to your settings: click on the settings icon

Click on "Plans"

In the target plan, click on "Monthly"

Confirm that you want to switch to "Yearly" payment

In the next plan renewal period, you will be debited for a whole year (the next renewal will then be 12 months later)

When paying for a year of service in advance, you do so being aware that you cannot ask for a refund.
