Crisp invoices can be easily acquired from the paying Crisp account settings. However, in some cases you may not find your invoices, even though you've paid for Crisp at some point.

If you are unable to find your Crisp invoices on your Crisp Dashboard, check the following points in order:

Did you find the invoices section in your Crisp Dashboard? Go find it here:

  • Go to your settings: click on the settings icon

  • Click on "Billing & Cards"

  • On the card that's used to pay, click on "See invoices"

  • The list of invoices for this card will open

If at some point, this payment method is replaced, invoices from the previous payment method will show under the new card.

For security reasons, Crisp allows only the billing card (ie. payment method) owner to download the invoices for the Crisp websites that are paid for.

You may not be the website billing owner. Make sure to login with the billing owner account.

Ask your team if you are unsure about who's account is used to pay for Crisp (ie. the Crisp account under which the payment method is registered).

To see your invoices, you need to have at least an active payment method on your account.

If you have no payment method, add one temporarily (eg. Credit Card or PayPal), and follow section 1 of this article.

If you didn't change your default email notification settings, you should be receiving a link to the invoice upon each monthly or yearly payment with Crisp.

Check your email inbox history, you should be able to find the invoices there.

Invoice emails are only sent to the payment method owner (ie. the Crisp account under which the payment method is registered).

Least, check that you've ever paid a plan on Crisp. We only generate invoices for paid plan renewals. If you are still using a trial, you won't see any invoice.
