How to block the chat for specific IPs

Crisp allows you to block the chatbox for some IPs.

Here's how to proceed:

• Go to your website settings: click on the "Settings" icon on the left sidebar, then click on "Websites" and select the target website in the list

• Select Chatbox & Email settings

• Go to chatbox restrictions

• Click on "Hide chatbox from IPs"

• Fill your IP

• Your chatbox will now be hidden for this IP

We accept both IPv4 and IPv6 and CIDR notation

Few examples

• 44.192.61.10 will hide the chatbox only for this IPv4

• 2607:f0d0:1002:51::4 will hide the chatbox only for this IPv6

• 44.192.61.10/24 will hide the chatbox only for all IPs from 44.192.61.1 to 44.192.61.1254
