How to hide the chat on specific countries

Crisp allows you to hide the chatbox for some countries.

Here's how to proceed:

• Go to your website settings: click on the "Settings" icon on the left sidebar, then click on "Websites" and select the target website in the list

• Select Chatbox & Email settings

• Go to chatbox restrictions

• Click on "Hide chatbox from countries"

• Your chatbox will now be hidden on this page

The chat will be blocked then for those countries
