Telegram integration is available from the Crisp Pro plan

Go to app.crisp.chat
Go to plugins
Click on Telegram

Contact Botfather and then launch the command:

/newbot

Provide the Name of your bot
Fill the Username. The name must end with Bot, this is requested by Telegram. For instance, you can use AcmeCorpBot
Telegram will then create a token. Save this token somewhere.
Paste the token generated by Telegram
Click "Connect to Telegram"

Using the Bot, you have the ability to send messages of type "field input"' which the user can fill and submit. This is very handy when asking users for informations, such as an email, nickname, or any other import information.

Creating a list of buttons and reacting to which button your users clicked is a 2 steps process. We will need:

This guide will focus on triggering a scenario to start when a message from a user is received. It is the most common approach to start a chatbot.

Now, let's have a look at how we can start our scenarios when a user is sending a message into a conversation!

To force a scenario to start only once when your users first contact you, you can add a Condition block "Condition is New" right after your initial Event block "User Message Matches".

A Bot Scenario will not start if an Operator has sent a message in the past 20 minutes during the conversation, to avoid potential confusion. If an Operator sends a message during the execution of a scenario, this will interrupt its execution and terminate the flow.

Websites using Crisp may create their own status page via Crisp Status Page. It automatically monitors configured nodes from your infrastructure, and notifies your team when a service gets down.

The status page is the perfect tool to let you alert users of an outage, showcase your uptime and give trust to your customers! It also comes with the ability to customize your status page.

The Status Page feature is available in Crisp Unlimited. You need to make sure your website is subscribed to that plan so that you can use the Status Page feature.

Before you can use your Status Page, it must be initiated as follows:

Go to your Crisp Dashboard
Go to Settings, then click on Status Page

The Facebook Messenger plugin allows you to receive and send messages from one or more of your Facebook Business pages. You will have the ability to connect and disconnect Facebook directly from Crisp.

In order to manage your messages from your Facebook Pages directly in Crisp, you will need to make sure you're on the Pro or Unlimited plan and that you are an Admin in your inbox.

Login to Crisp and head to Plugins > Messenger > Click Install

Click "Connect To Messenger" and login to Facebook on the external window.
Select the pages you would like to connect to Crisp and allow permissions to the selected pages.

You should be redirected to a successful page, click "Return to Settings" to configure your Facebook pages.
Click "Connect Page" on the desired pages you would like to connect.

Note: Only one page is included on your paid plan (Pro and Unlimited), additional pages have an additional cost of $20 per page, please contact support to increase your page limit.
