How to temporary hide the chat on my website

Crisp allows you to hide the Chat from your website by clicking on a button. It can be useful during vacations. It's why we called it the "Vacation Mode"

Here's how to proceed:

Go to your website settings: click on the Settings icon on the left sidebar, then click on "Websites" and select the target website in the list

Select Chatbox Restrictions

Toggle on "Place support in vacation"
